Welcome to St. Bernard School !

·    On behalf of the families, students and staff of St. Bernard School, we want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and looking forward to a Happy New Year! Our school presentation of “A Night in Bethlehem”, a magical trip to the first century streets of Bethlehem, complete with Hebrew temple, a typical Judean home, menagerie of farm yard animals and even a Roman Governor and his guards, was a complete success! Friends and families from the parish and beyond enjoyed tasty goods such as fresh tamales, pizza, pozole soup, hot chocolate, coffee and more from our “international bazaar”. Later, the Angel proclaimed the birth of Christ and our choir led the crowd into the church for a live-action, para-liturgy of the Nativity. It was a beautiful night for this most wondrous season.

·    St. Bernard School is still accepting applications for our 2017 - 2018 Kinder thru 8th Grade classes (Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by December 1st). A special "First Year " discount enrollment package is available for all current St. Bernard Religious Education families. Pre-K students must be 3 years of age and potty-trained. Financial Aid may be possible thru Children’s Home Society; please call our Office (562.867.9410) to arrange for a tour and information.

God Bless,
Mr. Cordero
