About the Teacher

Mr. Eric Bray

Is a product of Catholic School Education. He himself attended St. Bernard's and is from the graduating Class of 2000. Interestingly, Mr. Bray's graduating class was the first to utilize the Kindergarten classroom that was originally located on the first floor of the south-Western facing building of the School campus before it was recently renovated to become the pre-K classroom. 

Following Mr. Bray's Graduation from St. Bernard's, he attended, St. John Bosco High School and graduated in 2004. It is was his time there that helped to form Mr. Bray's Love for his Catholic Faith as he served St. Bernard Parish in Youth Ministry, in which he directed retreats, and led prayer and worship. Eventually, Mr. Bray was hired as Youth Ministry and Confirmation Coordinator at Mission San Gabriel, in San Gabriel, CA. Several years later Mr. Bray would return to St. Bernard Church where he would become hired as Youth Minister. In addition Mr. Bray holds a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and is currently enroute to complete his Masters degree in Education from National University.

Having been brought up in Catholic School Education including his dedication as a Youth Minister Mr. Bray holds to the firm belief that each student is given an opportunity to receive not only a source of incredible Knowledge, but come to realize his or her call to be "...Salt of the Earth..." and "...Light of the World...". Having been given a Salesian Education Mr. Bray incorporates the Don Bosco Oratory Model of becoming a "Home, School, Church, and Playground".

Mr. Bray is Married to his wife of 6 years and have a Bulldog named "Kobe" and recently added another furry friend to the family a Miniature Schnauzer named Minnie, he is a huge Star Wars  and Lord of the Rings fan, and his favorite comfort food is "Popcorn".
